Computer skills are one of the most important skill sets to help people succeed in their job search. Microsoft Excel is perhaps the most sought-after skill by employers, who also often require aptitude in Microsoft Word and Outlook. PowerPoint is essential for some kinds of jobs. Database skills like Access or FileMaker Pro can distinguish a job applicant from the others who lack that background. Some job descriptions may require certain Adobe graphics or web design training as well.

There IS Life After Layoff, and we’re here to help. Computer Magic Training can support you during your period of unemployment by offering any of our computer classes for only $75.00 per class day, a huge savings for high-quality, corporate-style computer training.

Proof of current unemployment – submission of current EDD payment stub – is required 3-5 days prior to the class. You may register for a class up to 5 days in advance of the class date, and your registration will be confirmed on a space-available basis after receipt of your current proof of unemployment and your credit card payment information.

Yes, this is the same class, instructor and quality … you’ll be attending the class with our regular clients.

At the end of your successfully completed class, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing or showing to a prospective employer.
